Episode 285: T.K., Koltin, Dennis, Kinson Key Games (Galactic Cruise!)

Kinson Key Games is an independent board game publisher based out of Tennessee, where founders (and lifelong friends) T.K. King and Koltin Thompson were born and raised, and where they both live with their families. The company was created during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, when the two of them decided to make a board game to pass the time. One game became a dozen games, and out of that creativity, their first major game, Galactic Cruise, was born. Manitoba-based designer Dennis Northcott joined the team in 2023, and he immediately became an invaluable part of Galactic Cruise's development--so much so that he is credited as a co-designer of the game. The goal of Kinson Key Games is to make theme-forward, intuitive, and well-polished games of medium (or higher) complexity, and to bring joy to gamers worldwide.
