Eike Mayer is the Lead Designer & Jarl at Fyrnwest Games. He loves playing thematic strategy games and PnP RPGs. As a game designer, he focuses on creating thematic complex games with elegant mechanisms. He also prioritises decision-based outcomes over randomness. Before starting Fyrnwest Games, he had worked in IT consulting as a project manager for about 15 years.
