Derek Jouppi is the creator of Blackoot. Prior to creating board games, he was the COO & co-founder of Suncayr, a CPG company who created the now viral product SPOTMYUV. Some major accomplishments include a granted US patent, selling into 10k+ retail stores including Walmart, CVS, Boots, and 40+ major retail chains, as well as winning over 50+ pitch and technology awards.
