Kenneth Oum is the owner/artist/designer/developer of Previously Pluto. He has a masters degree in Digital Media from Drexel University, and has studied  and worked in many different disciplines from film, VFX, animation, design/illustration, web/game development, and VR. Using these skills, he gathered a rag tag group of other creatives in the acting/writing space to form Previously Pluto. The goal of Previously Pluto is to make niche but interesting games.
